The Exhell Years: Survivor and Therapist is an emotional true story recounting my experience as a young boy sent to a boarding school in England, far from home, where I endured years of traumatic abuse. After undergoing therapy, I trained as a Psychotherapist, which has enabled me to provide readers with insights into the psychological impact of childhood abuse.

My hope is that, by sharing my story, even one person who relates to it might find the courage to speak about their own traumatic experiences. Taking that first step toward addressing their emotional past could pave the way to healing—and that, for me, would make sharing my journey worthwhile.

Disclaimer: For legal reasons, this book is classified as fiction. No legal case has been brought against my abusers (now deceased), as I was unable to tell my story until now.
